* Staging is done in a professional manner with tables and displays for optimal viewing
* Photographs and organization of items
* Advertise, list, and promote the estate sale locally, through internet sources, and social media
* Actively supervise and run the estate sale through completion, handle negotiations, and finalize all sales through a POS – cash, debit, credit, Venmo, and Zelle all accepted
* On-site Security camera’s available before and during the sale (must request in advance)
* Members and Subscribers will get informed about sales in advance
